Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Each bandana is made or packed with care to ensure quality. Shipping is available across selected international regions. Delivery timelines and shipping fees vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Orders cannot be modified once processed. However, if a request is made promptly before processing begins, the team will do its best to accommodate changes. All inquiries regarding order updates must be sent to info@carrotsandberries.com.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, returns are accepted only in cases where an item is defective or damaged. Any such claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with the order number and supporting photos.

Refunds are issued only for approved claims and processed back to the original payment method. Exchanges and store credits are not offered at this time. Customers are encouraged to refer to the sizing guide before placing an order, as size-based exchanges are not supported.

Carrots & Berries welcomes collaboration proposals from brands, creators, and pet enthusiasts who share a love for thoughtful design and craftsmanship. All inquiries must be submitted via email to info@carrotsandberries.com with the subject line “Collab Inquiry.”

Wholesale opportunities are considered on a case-by-case basis. Interested partners may reach out with a detailed proposal and business profile for review.
