Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Each bandana is made or packed with care. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship across selected regions. Shipping fees and delivery timelines vary based on destination and will be shown at checkout.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help! Please email us at info@carrotsandberries.com as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we accept returns only in the case of defective or damaged items, reported within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos and your order number in your message to info@carrotsandberries.com.
Can I exchange a bandana for a different size or style?
As each piece is custom-finished and made in small batches, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Please refer to our sizing guide before placing your order.
